1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

  • Feedback Information: When you submit feedback or request support via the contact email (support@dkposter.com), you may provide your email address and problem description so that we can handle your request.
  • Wallpaper Preferences: When you select and apply wallpapers, your wallpaper preferences are stored locally on your device to provide the lockscreen wallpaper rotation service.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect the following information through technical means to ensure normal operation and optimize user experience:

  • Usage Behavior Information: Including your wallpaper browsing and selection history, news reading history, and push notification preferences. This is only used to provide and improve core services.
  • Device Information: Including device model, system version, system language, IP address, and network type. This is only used for device adaptation and service stability.
  • Local Storage and Caching: Temporary information, such as wallpaper caches and interface settings, is stored locally on your device to improve loading speed and reduce repeated data transmission. You can delete such information through device settings or by clearing the App cache. Unused temporary cache will be automatically deleted within 7 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use your information for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Provide and Maintain Services: Ensure you can browse wallpapers, set wallpapers, read news, and use sharing and settings features.
  • Communication and Notifications: Send application update notifications through in-app services.
  • Optimize Experience: Analyze wallpaper browsing behaviors to improve content recommendations and adapt the interface based on device information to ensure service stability.
  • Security and Compliance: Detect and prevent illegal activities, protect App security, troubleshoot technical faults, comply with applicable laws, and retain necessary information to respond to regulatory inspections.

Except as expressly provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personal information with any third party. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

4.1 Storage Method

We only retain your information for the shortest period necessary. During your use of the App, we retain your wallpaper preferences and usage records locally on your device. After you uninstall the App, locally stored information is deleted. Temporary cache information is automatically deleted when not used within 7 days.

The App does not currently require users to create an account. If a future version allows account creation, we will provide a readily discoverable account deletion method in the App and on the web, and we will update this Policy accordingly.

4.2 Security Protection Measures

  • Technical Protection: Adopt Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect data transmission; encrypt and store sensitive information; set data access permission controls; regularly detect system vulnerabilities.
  • Management Norms: Establish information processing procedures; conduct privacy protection training for employees; sign confidentiality agreements with partners.
  • Breach Response: If information leakage occurs, we will notify you and regulatory authorities within the time limits required by applicable laws, immediately activate emergency plans, and take remedial measures.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Deletion: Delete local temporary information by clearing the App cache or uninstalling the App.
  • Data Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@dkposter.com. After verifying your identity, we will process your request within 15 business days. The scope of deletion includes locally cached wallpaper preferences, news reading history, and app settings data. To comply with security audit and legal requirements, we may keep necessary log data within the scope of applicable laws for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory inquiries, adhering to the principle of minimal necessity.
  • Withdraw Consent: Disable granted permissions, such as notification permissions, through device system settings.

6. Protection of Minors' Information

6.1 Minor Service Policy

The App does not provide services to minors under the minimum age, which is 13 years old as stipulated by the EU GDPR or as applicable to your region:

  • If you are under the minimum age, please do not use the App.
  • If a guardian discovers that a minor has used the App, they can contact us at support@dkposter.com. We will review and delete all related information within 7 working days.

If you have reached the minimum age but are under 18 years old, you must use the App with the guardian's consent. The guardian must read and confirm acceptance of this Policy.

6.2 Child Safety Compliance

This App strictly complies with Google Play's Children's Safety Standards Policy and relevant laws and regulations, resolutely prohibits any content, behaviors, and function designs that endanger children, and fully protects the physical and mental health and safety of child users.

6.3 Strictly Prohibited Child-Endangering Behaviors and Content

  • All content in the App strictly prohibits any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • It is prohibited to promote predatory behaviors targeting children, including inappropriate interactions, luring children, sexualizing minors, sexual extortion, and child trafficking.
  • In functions and content, any adult themes are prohibited, including excessively violent content, content depicting harmful activities, and content promoting negative body image.

6.4 Compliance Assurance Measures

  • The App's Terms of Use explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) behaviors.
  • We provide a reporting mechanism via child-safety@dkposter.com for users to submit concerns about child safety-related violations.
  • Once informed of the existence of CSAM content, we will immediately initiate verification, remove relevant content within 12 hours, permanently ban the violating account, and retain relevant evidence.
  • For confirmed child sexual abuse content, we will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.
